Vive Awarded 300 location nationwide Avaya IP Office Xima Call Recording solution for a national utility company

Vive will provide, install and service 300 Avaya IP Offices (Preferred Edition) in conjunction with delivering 300 SIP T1 circuits from local providers under Vive’s Carrier service group. Vive will also institute a backup central repository network for all call recordings to meet the 10 year storage requirement for all call recordings. With this solution each location will have access to specific call reports of their choice, queue and agent status along with automatic fail over to the customer’s main Avaya Call Center. During any outage (equipment or dial tone provider) calls will be automatically routed to the main customer call center so a call is never missed and answered live.
