SIP Trunks Save Money
With multiple customer service centers each taking on hundreds of calls daily, Avaya IP Office R9.1 with Xima Contact Center software was the perfect fit. The project consisted of 105 locations in rural locations off the beaten path on the West Coast.
Vive was tasked in finding the most cost effective internet sources in order to provide the locations with SIP trunks from Vive which yielded a 35% cost reduction from traditional dial tone offerings.

Each location will be utilizing the call recording features from IP Office and Xima to record all inbound calls to the centers. These recordings will be saved locally and at a Central Repository located in Vive’s COLO for customer access.

The calls are evaluated daily to ensure their customers are being handled with the proper customer service standards. All locations will be supported via Vive’s Managed Services package that includes local IP Office, Server, data switch and local SIP circuit monitoring.
